CHRONOLINE watches are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity & Warranty of the respective brand. The watches have from 2 to 10 years warranty for manufacturing defect, while for battery 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear (use/time), or from improper use. The warranty covers only damage that, in the judgment of the company or CHRONOLINE’s watch repair department, was not caused by accident, normal and everyday wear and tear, alteration, attempted repair, negligence or failure to follow product care instructions.

Please keep your proof of purchase or receipt and/or replacement card in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt or certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity of the products purchased and as proof of the right to warranty thereof.
